• 2-night minimum/3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends
• 10% County Tax Applies
• There is a $75 cleaning fee per stay
• $300 refundable Security Deposit

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your stay, your entire payment will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your stay, your payment will be refunded only if we are able to subsequently rent to someone else or if you wish to transfer booking to another date.
